Platform overview

Clinical AI that shows its work.

High Definition Care is a physician-designed platform of clinical AI modules for hospitals. Two are live today. HDC:Quality reviews your inpatient notes for harm and quality outcomes. HDC:Policy answers questions from your own approved policies. Both cite what they read. Neither one needs an interface engine.

Available today

Two modules. Live now.

Each one owns a domain and the data inside it. Both run on the same tenancy, the same role model and the same audit trail.

Module 01

HDC:Quality

Reads your inpatient clinical notes and returns a structured finding for every case it flags — evidence, reasoning, confidence, and an explicit flag when the chart is ambiguous.

  • Runs on one scheduled report from your data warehouse.
  • Configurable detectors, not a fixed vendor list.
  • A reviewer work queue with assignment and forwarding.

Module 02

HDC:Policy

Answers plain-language questions from your hospital's own approved policies, and cites the document each answer came from so anyone can open it and check.

  • Only approved, current versions ever answer.
  • A second pass removes unsupported claims.
  • Approval workflows and full version history.

Platform vs point solution

A platform is not a bundle of point solutions.

Buying two tools means two tenancies, two admin models and two audit trails. Modules that share a spine don't have that problem.

One

tenant boundary

Every module runs inside the same tenant scope, enforced where data is accessed rather than by a filter someone remembered to add.

One

admin model

Per-module roles and granular permissions, with delegated module admins — so the person who owns Quality isn't automatically the person who owns Policy.

One

source of truth

Answers are grounded in your documents and your notes. Nothing that reaches a user was generated from a vendor's corpus.

Getting started

Four steps, and only one of them touches your data warehouse.

  1. Step 01

    Provision

We stand up your tenant. Your data sits inside its own boundary from the first byte.

  2. Step 02

    Load

Policy needs nothing from your EHR — upload your approved policies in the browser. Quality needs one thing: a scheduled report out of your data warehouse, landing daily in a secure location we provision for you.

  3. Step 03

    Grant access

Invite your people. Roles are per module, and module administration can be delegated to the people who own the work.

  4. Step 04

    Put it to work

Ask questions. Run reviews. Every answer opens onto its source, and analysis and review actions are written to the audit log.

The spine

What every module inherits on day one.

  • Tenant isolation at the data layer. Scoping is enforced where data is accessed, not by convention.

  • Roles per module. Viewer, user and admin, plus granular permissions and delegated module admins.

  • A managed access lifecycle. Invitation, activation, password reset and session authentication. Provision a person once; they see only what they're entitled to.

  • Secrets and transport. Credentials held in AWS Secrets Manager. HTTPS end to end.

  • Audit logging. Analysis runs and review actions are recorded against the user who performed them.

  • A module registry. The next module inherits all of the above instead of rebuilding it — which is what makes the section below possible.

The architecture

Two modules today. One architecture underneath.

HDC:Quality and HDC:Policy weren't built as two products that happen to share a login. That is what makes everything below possible — and why the next module starts from a working platform rather than an empty repository.

Tier 1 Modules

A module owns a clinical or operational domain and the data inside it.

Live today HDC:Quality and HDC:Policy. On the roadmap Additional clinical and operational domains under the same platform.

Tier 2 Agents

Specialists that work inside a module.

Live today The configurable detectors that read clinical notes, and the retrieve-verify-cite chain that answers policy questions. On the roadmap Agents that one module can call from inside another.

Tier 3 Tools

The reference material agents draw on.

Live today Your tenant's policy index and your configured detector definitions. On the roadmap A shared library of scoring systems and clinical reference definitions any module can call.

Today

Designed for

HDC:Policy indexes your approved policies and cites them in every answer.

A reviewer in HDC:Quality asking what your policy says about a case, without leaving it.

HDC:Quality's detectors are prompt-based and configurable per tenant.

A shared library of clinical tools that any module's agents can call.

Both modules run inside one tenant boundary, under one role model, writing to one audit log.

Modules that hand findings to each other: a quality flag opening a policy check, and the reverse.

Items marked On the roadmap are directional and are not commitments. Contract only for capability marked Live today.

See it on your own data

A working pilot, not a slide deck.

Send us a set of policies or a sample notes export and we'll show you what comes back — citations, evidence and ambiguity flags included. If it doesn't hold up on your own material, you'll know inside a month.
